Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Monitor post-implementation performance and recommend continuous enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with part-time or project-based work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with process modeling and requirements documentation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven recommendations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in healthcare or financial services preferred
