Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to document business requirements and pain points
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with business goals
- Validate solutions against business requirements during UAT phases
- Maintain requirements traceability matrices throughout project lifecycles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with focus on data interpretation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and at least one BI tool (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience documenting requirements in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past analysis projects and deliverables
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote setting
