Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and clear communication.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps and requirement matrices.
- Support the testing and QA phases by providing clarity on expected system behavior.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a part-time capacity.
