Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and document detailed process flows, use cases, and data models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the workflow.
- Conduct gap analyses to recommend improvements for business processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
