Responsibilities
- Translate business objectives into detailed requirements documentation and user stories
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and cross-functional team meetings
- Develop process maps, data flow diagrams, and system specifications
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business goals
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence artifacts and track requirements traceability
- Collaborate with Agile teams to prioritize backlogs and deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in regulated industries
- Expertise in requirements gathering and use case development
- Proficiency with SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and BPMN
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PMP
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with DoD or aerospace compliance standards
- Agile/Scrum methodologies certification
