Join InnovateTech Solutions as a Part-Time Business Analyst and drive strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions, leveraging your analytical expertise to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL and Excel
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flow diagrams
- Create and maintain data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Support UAT cycles and provide post-implementation analysis
- Document key findings and present actionable insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance sectors
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile/Scrum methodology familiarity
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional client visits
