Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify pain points and opportunities
- Develop process flows, data models, and system architecture documentation
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to recommend strategic improvements
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Expertise in requirement gathering, process modeling (BPMN), and use case creation
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience with SAFe certification preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
