Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for enterprise systems
- Analyze complex business processes using BPMN and process mapping tools
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and KPIs
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Manage Jira tickets and Agile sprints to ensure timely project delivery
- Create dashboards and reports in Power BI for performance monitoring
- Lead UAT sessions and coordinate QA testing cycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or fintech exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and API integrations
- Demonstrated success in leading process optimization projects
