Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and technical documentation.
- Design and maintain data models, process flows, and wireframes using industry-standard tools.
- Perform gap analysis to assess current state processes against desired future states and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
- Create compelling reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive actionable insights.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and propose mitigation strategies proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the finance or technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
