Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain business process models, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Partner with IT and development teams to ensure accurate technical specifications and solution delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership on key deliverables.
- Train end-users on new systems and processes to ensure successful adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
