Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, document, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis to determine the gap between current state operations and future goals.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirements gathering sessions with diverse teams.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Act as a subject matter expert in data analysis tools and reporting methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
