Responsibilities
- Lead System Optimization: Analyze current corporate systems and identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Project Management: Oversee the implementation of new software and hardware, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.
- Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical troubleshooting and user support for corporate applications.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related corporate technology role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
