Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable solutions
- Create detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritize business needs
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Validate solutions through testing and ensure alignment with business objectives

Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in IT or tech environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
