Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and project scope
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance metrics
- Create detailed process flows, documentation, and visualizations using tools like Visio and Lucidchart
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Translate technical requirements into clear business specifications
- Support agile development cycles through sprint planning and backlog refinement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with process modeling and requirement documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Ability to thrive in remote contract positions with weekly pay structure
