Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for team members and clients, providing regular updates and reporting on project progress.
- Scheduling & Logistics: Manage project calendars, book meetings, coordinate resources, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including scope statements, risk logs, and status reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Team Support: Facilitate team collaboration and ensure everyone has the tools and information needed to succeed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior project management experience required. Recent graduates with internships or leadership roles in student organizations are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
