Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop data models and reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions
- Track KPIs and present findings to senior leadership
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Product Owner proxy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of business analysis or related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL fundamentals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities
