Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze data trends using SQL and Excel to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows and user stories for development teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI for executive reporting
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on project deliverables
- Document requirements in clear, concise specifications
- Validate solutions against business objectives through UAT
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in healthcare or tech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
