- Elicit, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements for payment gateway enhancements
- Create process flows, user stories, and data models using Lucidchart and Jira
- Analyze transactional datasets using SQL to identify revenue leakage patterns
- Develop KPI dashboards in Tableau for executive decision support
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering and product teams
- Validate solution efficacy through UAT cycles and user feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in financial services or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience documenting requirements in Agile environments
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Portfolio showcasing process modeling and requirements artifacts
