Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Process Modeling: Create process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Balsamiq to visualize workflows.
- Data Analysis: Assist in the collection and analysis of data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of business processes, system requirements, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams (developers, QA) and non-technical business users to ensure mutual understanding.
- Support & Testing: Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate solutions and ensure they meet business needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes of issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and propose solutions to business problems.
- SQL Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts is a plus but not mandatory.
