Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create clear, concise documentation including user stories, process flows (BPMN), and data models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Support the implementation of new software solutions and systems upgrades by conducting gap analysis.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- 0-2 years of professional experience or internship experience in a business or analytical role.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
