Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align technical teams with business objectives
- Develop test cases and validate solutions against business requirements
- Support implementation of new systems and process improvements using Agile methodologies
- Present findings to senior leadership through clear, concise documentation and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related role
- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) a plus
