Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and data systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Document detailed requirements specifications using UML diagrams and user stories
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on project objectives and deliverables
- Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Collaborate with offshore teams during overlapping hours (9 AM - 12 PM IST)
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure successful implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or finance
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Demonstrated experience with requirement gathering and documentation
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
