Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of novel deep learning algorithms, specifically focusing on transformer architectures and reinforcement learning.
- Conduct rigorous research, publish findings in top-tier academic conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR), and file patents for proprietary technologies.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to deploy research models into production environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 5+ years of professional experience in research or applied machine learning roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Proven track record of publishing research and applying it to real-world problems.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Ray) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
