Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Design and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including workflow diagrams and user stories.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met during night shift operations.
- Act as a subject matter expert regarding system capabilities and provide training to support staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) with a commitment to reliability.
