Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys
- Create detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports
- Facilitate requirement validation sessions with technical teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with part-time or project-based work
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience documenting requirements using UML or similar methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
