Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear technical specifications and user stories
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, wireframes, and data models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports to measure solution effectiveness
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate deliverables
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with proven requirements documentation
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong proficiency in process modeling (BPMN) and use case creation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
