Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
- Create data-driven reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate workshops and document requirements using UML diagrams

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
