Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain corporate server systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure during night shifts
- Proactively troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement corrective actions
- Execute scheduled system updates, patches, and security protocols
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery
- Document incident reports, maintenance logs, and performance metrics
- Provide remote technical support to international employees
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Shift flexibility and weekend availability
