- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Develop data models, process flows, and documentation for complex systems
- Analyze KPIs and market data to recommend strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions aligned with business goals
- Create and maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Lead requirement validation sessions with technical teams and end-users
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or financial services
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping
- Strong background in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Proven experience translating business needs into technical requirements
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP)
