Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop detailed process flows, data models, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present actionable insights
- Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and timelines
- Monitor KPIs and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred but not required
