Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for software development initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and business units
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and track KPIs
- Manage project budgets and ensure ROI alignment
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $1M
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in SaaS or fintech environments preferred
