Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for fintech initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, compliance) to deliver on-time milestones
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M and track ROI metrics
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve escalations proactively
- Facilitate stakeholder communications with executive leadership and external partners
- Maintain Jira/Asana dashboards and generate executive status reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or fintech environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects with Agile methodologies
- Expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and vendor negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial data interpretation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
