Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Facilitate meetings between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes through testing and validation
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear, concise documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
