Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Document requirements, user stories, and process flows using industry-standard methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and success metrics
- Create and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Conduct gap analysis between current systems and business objectives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to leadership
- Support UAT testing and implementation of process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with process documentation
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
