Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using Agile methodologies
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Create data models and visualizations using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Document business processes and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment
- Prepare executive dashboards and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
