Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis including process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Design and implement data visualization solutions using Tableau/Power BI to support strategic initiatives
- Perform quantitative analysis of operational metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Create detailed technical specifications for development teams and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Maintain and improve business analysis artifacts including user stories, process flows, and requirement documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend or shift work preferred
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and requirements documentation methodologies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) or demonstrable practical experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven track record of delivering data-driven recommendations that impact business outcomes
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong team collaboration
