Responsibilities
- Oversee Night Operations: Manage and coordinate project timelines and deliverables during the night shift to ensure 100% uptime for client services.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and client representatives during non-standard hours.
- Risk Management: Identify potential bottlenecks and risks in the development pipeline and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and team morale.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all night-shift deliverables meet strict quality standards and compliance regulations before deployment.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team workload and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, with at least 2 years specifically managing night shift or after-hours operations.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management software (Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading virtual meetings effectively.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Jose, CA.
