Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and act as the primary point of contact between business units and IT teams.
- Create and maintain detailed process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize business processes.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks, proposing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and process optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
