Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables align with corporate standards and timelines.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Experience working within Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward project challenges.
