Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain corporate servers, networks, and cloud systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for 500+ employees
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and process improvements
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate system documentation
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of corporate IT infrastructure administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, Windows Server, and VMware
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
- Certification in CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Azure, or similar preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with enterprise-level helpdesk ticketing systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
