Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise software deployments
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers, designers, and stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and budget adherence with weekly reporting to executive stakeholders
- Drive continuous process improvements using JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- Negotiate scope changes and manage vendor relationships for critical project components
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS/enterprise software projects
- PMP or CSM certification required; Master's degree preferred
- Proven track record delivering complex projects on time/budget ($1M+ scope)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks with 5+ years practical implementation
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation abilities
