As a key contributor, you'll analyze complex datasets, document requirements, and drive data-informed decisions that shape our product roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and document specifications
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports to track performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Translate complex data into clear visualizations for non-technical audiences
- Support QA testing and UAT for new system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of business analysis experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical/non-technical audiences
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA preferred
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA or similar tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
