Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA specialists, to ensure cohesive collaboration and high performance.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimal downtime.
- Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to maximize ROI and meet financial targets.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) to improve team velocity and product quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the IT, software development, or digital marketing industry.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Tools: Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Agile Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
