The Role:
You will be the bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving execution. We are looking for someone who not only manages tasks but inspires teams to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead End-to-End Lifecycle: Manage the entire project lifecycle from concept and initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Strategic Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and detailed resource plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing clear and concise updates on project status and risks.
- Agile & Waterfall Expert: Adapt methodologies to fit project needs, utilizing Agile ceremonies (Sprints, Retrospectives) effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team workload and manage cross-functional dependencies to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience in the software or technology sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
