Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, user stories, and wireframes
- Create comprehensive dashboards and KPI reports for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement validation sessions
- Document business rules and system integration requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirement documentation (BRDs, UML diagrams)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- PMP or CBAP certification preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating BA deliverables required
