Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and document user stories
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and system documentation
- Facilitate workshops to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Develop and maintain requirement traceability matrices
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and reports
- Support QA testing and UAT implementation for new systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech environment
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
