Responsibilities
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion and project milestones
- Track project progress using tools like Jira and Asana; generate status reports for stakeholders
- Facilitate team meetings and document meeting minutes, decisions, and action items
- Identify and mitigate project risks; escalate issues to senior management when necessary
- Support budget tracking and expense reporting for assigned projects
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination or assistant project manager experience
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Monday.com)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
