Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and process flows.
- Translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Develop process maps, wireframes, and mockups using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Monitor project milestones and communicate progress to the project management team.
- Train end-users on new systems and provide ongoing support for implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
