Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of digital transformation projects from conception to launch
- Strategic resource allocation across Agile/Scrum teams
- Stakeholder management with C-level executives and external partners
- Risk mitigation and budget forecasting for multimillion-dollar initiatives
- Process optimization using Jira, Asana, and PMI methodologies
- Mentorship of junior PMs and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ in tech/digital products
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven success in scaling projects with $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with SaaS/cloud migration projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
