Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for software development and product launches, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with organizational strategy.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Communicate project status, roadblocks, and achievements to stakeholders and executive leadership clearly and concisely.
- Mentor junior project managers and team leads to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager (5+ years minimum) in the technology or software industry.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting project costs.
